My mission is to combine my experience as a physical therapist and recent training as a massage and bodywork therapist to work with my clients to create holistic, individualized treatment plans to help them meet their personal goals and maximize function and quality of life. I definitely believe in my clients being active participants in their own healing process instead of me just assigning exercises or deciding which techniques to perform.  We will work together to decide on the best plan for you!
