I graduated from the Medical Arts School and have been a licensed massage therapist since 2008.  There I studied Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, and Orthopedic Assessment with a focus on Trigger Point Therapy. 
Since then I have furthered my education to best serve my clients earning certifications in NeuroStructural Taping (commonly called kinesiology taping), prenatal massage, Positional Release Techniques, massage cupping and Myofascial Release.

Since then I have furthered my education to best serve my clients earning certifications in NeuroStructural Taping (commonly called kinesiology taping), prenatal massage, Positional Release Techniques, massage cupping and Myofascial Release. 
I have had the privilege of working with athletes of all levels and am very comfortable providing them with the deeper pressure that they often prefer and require.   
I have also had experience working with various medically specialized populations including: people living with Multiple Sclerosis, Crohn's Disease, Raynaud's Disease, Fibromyalgia and Chronic Myofascial Pain Syndrome, Ankylosing Spondylitis, and Scoliosis.  
I enjoy working with clients to create a treatment plan that addresses issues such as chronic pain, tension and injury recovery as well as to encourage relaxation and decrease stress.  I understand that everyone's needs are different and strive to meet people exactly where they are and help them to get where they want to be.
