I offer Swedish, Deep Tissue, Thai and Sports/Stretch modalities that are blended to help your specific needs. You can add Aromatherapy to your massage to assist in relaxation or uplift your mood. Request the use of Cupping or Gua Sha to help with blood flow and breaking up stuck tissue. My goal is to help restore you to a better you.... mind, body and spirit.
