Good recommendations at departure . Did not acknowledge or validate any efforts taken on my part adjusting diet, activity level, supplements to deal with my health and condition

She knew what she was doing, her attitude is horrible when it comes down to not being professional, negative attitude about what I can afford threatened me with other staff present at checkout time, had vulgar language in front of staff and other guests towards me over gratuity as it is optional not mandatory. Made herself look like a fool and embarrassed myself tearing into me about not providing her extra money afterwards. Would not recommend her due to attitude and negative treatment.
