About Quintessential Therapy
We are a team of New York State Licensed Massage Therapist who enjoy helping and nurturing our clients to the best of our ability by aiding them towards increasing their personal health and wellness through massage. Our therapists' styles range from Therapeutic, Sports, and Swedish massages and also includes Fire Cupping, Sound baths and energy work/Reiki. We incorporate stretching and Thai stretching techniques to increase range of motion and dexterity as well as releasing problematic areas and loosening up the surrounding tissues. I arrived and wasn't sure exactly where to go, so I asked the front desk worker for help and he escorted me all the way to the waiting area. When I got to the actual room where the massage would happen, I saw that it was a quiet and secluded room so it was pretty comfortable.
