I have always had an interest in the workings and function of the body and a love for people.  Combining the two through massage therapy has brought the best of both worlds.  I began working in a clinical setting with a Chiropractor and spent 9 of my 13 years in that setting.  Recently I worked with the Massage Envy brand and decided that private practice is more the avenue I have wanted to pursue.  Due to my extensive experience working in a clinical setting, I often work with those with chronic pain issues as well as injuries. I strongly believe that we all need the balance of stress relief and muscle pain and know it is important to be able to provide both as a practitioner.  I have incorporated stretching into my therapy as I realized early on, through Thai Yoga massage, that it brought a great deal of relief to my clients. I also have received certification in working with Oncology patients and want to continue to provide a refuge for those suffering.  I continue to seek the training necessary to sharpen my saw with the hopes that I can reach more and provide the relief that so many are looking for.
