Very pleasant and extremely helpful experience. I actually can’t get over how much of a difference that one message made to my shoulder. I am at work today doing things that I haven’t been able to do for weeks, with little or no pain. I will definitely be back, and I have already told several people about my experience. I like that Krystina takes time before the appointment to discuss what's been happening with my physical state before the session starts so she can tailor the massage to try and alleviate my symptoms. She genuinely cares about making a difference in the approach she takes. One of the few therapists in the local area that does Thai massage and does it well. She is also very knowledgeable with yoga and its benefits for my personal well being and provided suggestions on how to incorporate yoga techniques into my daily life to help maintain my body and alleviate the pain symptoms I typically experience.

There was nothing I disliked the very best massage I have had in my life Kristina knew all the places to massage in my shoulders neck and arms compare her to shopping at Frederick and Nelson/Bloomingdale’s/nordstroms and if you’re at a whiskey drinker top shelf LOL looking forward to another one!!
