By far the best massage I’ve ever experienced!

I booked Carolina to see if she could help me with the chronic shoulder pain I’ve experienced for 15 years. At different times I’d been told I had a subluxation, a torn labrum, or other issues that would require orthopedic surgery for relief. The extreme cramping, tightness and sensitivity in my sub-scapula became severe enough that I constantly favored my left arm out of fear it would slide “out of place”. As a result, I became resigned that I would always have a bad shoulder without surgery. After 4 weeks of deep tissue therapy with Carolina, my shoulder feels brand new. I have full mobility and flexibility which I can’t remember the last time I felt. Carolina is the very best at what she does, and I don’t say that lightly. She has an intuitive understanding of muscle stimuli/response, and adjusts pressure and direction to nail the exact location and cause of your discomfort. I’ve been really impressed with her work and recommend her to anyone seeking massage therapy. Carolina provided a great firm massage without being overly painful. Given my concerns, she also massaged areas not typically addressed by other therapists, e.g. tight lats. Overall I highly recommend seeing her.
