Sheldon is truly the best of the best. I have received massage therapy for over 30 years, and there is no one like him. His techniques are unique and highly effective. Every session, he is able to identify and work on areas of pain or concern, consistently relieving muscle tension and discomfort. He is genuinely a one-of-a-kind therapist.

Keep an open mind - each massage is a bit different because it is tailored to both what you want to get out of treatment and your body's needs that particular day... and still, each time is consistently wonderful!!! Sheldon is so knowledgeable about the human body and it really shows in his work. Cannot recommend enough!

Sheldon blends his knowledge of a number of body work modalities together to really help your body align and heal. I am hyper flexible and Sheldon is able to work with me in a way that helps fortify my connective tissue while getting my muscles to release tension. I learn something new about how to better care for my body from every session.
