I am a Alabama and Texas licensed massage therapist and a United States Air Force veteran. I started my journey with massage in Abilene, TX over 11 years ago. I graduated from Texas State Technical College in 2006 and was licensed in that same year. I decided to take an aromatherapy course and it was through this class that I was introduced to essential oils. Essential oils when used safely, can have many benefits on our lives. I believe in the body's ability to heal itself with the support of natural constituents. They are used extensively in my practice at no additional cost to you. In December of 2015, I moved back to my hometown, Prattville, AL. Because of changes in standards for the massage profession, I enrolled in another massage therapy school and acquired an additional 400+ hours of training. With this segment completed, I am now licensed in the state of Alabama as well. I have had neck and back surgery and understand how to manage pain with massage, essential oils and other helpful modalities.
