I am a licensed massage therapist just joining Whole Wellness in Smyrna. I aim to aid women in physical healing and help them build body positivity. I graduated from Georgia Massage School in March 2017 in which I studied western modalities of massage such as NeuroMuscular Therapy, Swedish, Deep Tissue Massage, and Active Isolated Stretching techniques. I offer therapeutic massage from light to deep pressure. What I mean by therapeutic is that I try to work on specific problems such as muscle tightness and fascial adhesions instead of just giving a light relaxing massage not getting to the root of pain or dysfunction in the body. I also love doing prenatal and postnatal massage and I believe new motherhood is a very special time in life. I am also studying CranioSacral therapy at the Upledger Institute. CranioSacral therapy can be integrated into massage sessions of 90 min and longer. For CranioSacral therapy I use a light touch to gently release restrictions in the soft tissues that surround the central nervous system and get your CranioSacral Rythm in sync.
