Tricia began her healing studies with herbalism. Once she realized she wanted to also work on people with her hands, she was first led to Craniosacral Therapy, which led her to Plant Spirit Medicine and Qi Gong, then Polarity Therapy, and Maya Abdominal Massage, Swedish Massage, Shiatsu, Lymphatic Drainage, Pregnancy Massage, Spiritual Healing, Closing of the Bones....

She has gained her knowledge in the U.S. and abroad through school, many apprenticeships, classes, retreats, conferences, and from the plants and spirits themselves. 

Tricia specializes in a gentle and profound blend of the above, with heavy emphasis on intuitively blending Craniosacral Therapy, Spiritual Healing and Maya Abdominal Massage to unwind the traumas held in the body. 

She practices bodywork at Springwater Wellness Center in the Sellwood/ Westmoreland neighborhood of SE Portland, and can travel to your home to administer Closing of the Bones. 

Tricia lives in rural Clackamas County with her husband, two kids, two dogs and five chickens. She hopes to one day grow more helpful plants- and less weeds- in her garden.
