I was first licensed in 1997 after attending Florida School of Massage in Gainesville and then licensed in Oregon in 2008 via classes at East West College of Massage. My massage craft is an eclectic blend of Eastern and Western approaches with an emphasis on slowing down, deepening one’s awareness of themselves, and the structure and function of their body. I honor each client and their quest for wellness providing quality care, open communication, and a wellspring of compassion. 

Sessions are designed according to your needs, my knowledge, and tailored upon your feedback. I incorporate deep tissue, sports therapy, gua sha, neuromuscular and myofascial therapies for addressing structural deviations, tension, and discomfort. I am available for consultations and can work with you to develop goals for pain management, to increase range of motion, structural alignment, and to relieve repetitive stress injuries.

Relaxation is important! Sessions can include aromatherapy, hydrotherapy, hot stone, and a variety of techniques to address stagnation, facilitate circulation of blood flow, lymph drainage, and aid in balancing one’s energies. The use of breath work and visualizations, which can be helpful in your day to day life for reducing anxiety and stress, can also be used in session.
