Alexandra graduated from East West College of the Healing Arts where she enjoyed studying Swedish massage, deep tissue, Thai massage, and neuromuscular and trigger point therapies. A biology major, she has always been fascinated and captivated by the human body and feels very fortunate to bring that passion to her massage practice.
Alexandra would describe her style as intuitive, integrative, holistic, and empathetic. She prefers to do more therapeutic work with specific areas of focus, but also appreciates the value of providing a solid, full body relaxation massage. The intention of her work is to call on the nervous system to ease tension in the body, to create a space for the client's needs- both physical and emotional, to focus on how each client wants to feel, as well as working where she feels called on by the body.
An Oregon native, Alexandra loves spending her free time outside. She enjoys hiking, camping, backpacking, cycling, kayaking, rock climbing and extensive travel. Currently, Alexandra is looking forward to a trip to Thailand in the fall to continue her education in Thai massage.
