I graduated from Windemere Institute of Healing Arts in 2007 and received training in Therapeutic/Swedish Massage, Tui Na (Traditional Chinese Massage), Thai Massage, Sensory Re-patterning, Reiki, Prenatal Massage, and more.  During your session I normally integrate many different modalities, guided by intuition and feedback from you and your body.
