I am Lemetria Bryan, and I completed my studies in Massage Therapy at Anthem College in 2007. I have always loved massage.  My first experience with massage was massaging my family members after a long days work.  This fascinated me because of the change I would see in them after the massage session was over.  I enjoy helping others reach their wellness goals.  Here at Lemetria’s Massage goals are set on your first session as to the outcome you would like to achieve when receiving massage sessions.

My specialties are in and love doing Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, and Hot Stone Massage. I have specialized training in different forms of deep tissue massages starting with trigger point, Myofascial release, and neuromuscular therapy.  I, also, have experience in several different spa treatments dealing with the face and body treatments. I have honed my skills at Massage Envy, Uptown Mood Spa, and Jobonga Massage with which some are premier spas. Uptown Mood Spa having been given an award while I was there.
