In June 2015, she graduated at the top of her class from Onondaga School of Therapeutic Massage in Rochester, NY. Sarah’s interest in massage started while working as an office administrator dealing with painful back and neck spasms. The modality that provided the most relief her and had lasting effect was massage. As a practitioner she uses her knowledge of anatomy, physiology and kinesiology to provide pain relief and relaxing therapeutic massage. Her training in Reiki allows Sarah to work with clients who do not wish to disrobe to receive traditional massage therapy. The human body is a fascinating vessel that is uniquely able to facilitate & create balance. The body is a connection to the world around us and gives us an opportunity to develop our highest self. It is with this mind, that Sarah looks forward to working with you; Body Mind and Spirit.
