As a holistic health professional, writer, and New Jersey licensed massage and bodywork therapist, Deborah is passionate about bringing wellness services to those looking to manage stress, address health challenges, and improve the overall quality of their life. Deborah has extensive experience developing wellness plans for those with intellectual and developmental disabilities, behavioral challenges and dual diagnosis, as well as the medically fragile and general populace. She is trained in medical massage and manual lymphatic drainage, and often incorporates tools such as massage, subtle energywork, sound body healing, meditation, and plant wisdom into her client care as appropriate. Deborah completed a master’s degree in Holistic Health (Integrative Health) from Georgian Court University. She has worked in a number diverse wellness environments and believes in a client-approach to managing health and wellness. She has adapted best practices from both clinical-setting and spa-settings to create an integrative approach to address client needs.
