Values and Philosophy
ʻOhana is everything to me! ʻOhana is not just sharing a DNA link or surnames to me. It is sharing a mutual love, respect, caring between myself and others. In my family, we have two family motto, Amo Ut Invenio ( I love as I find) and Aloha kekahi I kekahi (love one another). With that being said I treat every client as if they were my Ohana and not just another massage session in my schedule. Massage therapy is a passion of mine, that I use to give back and help others in the best possible way to my abilities. Whether it's pain management, posture imbalance or just reducing stress in one's life. As you know stress is a mental, emotional and physical killer that can lead to many illnesses. Every decision and interaction in my life has led up to this moment. Where I can help others through massage therapy.
Before I was a massage therapist
I worked at Phoenix Children's Hospital and Banner Desert medical center / Cardon Children's Medical Center as a anesthesia technician for a over 10 years combined. In 2015, I was in a motorcycle accident which gave me the opportunity to pursue a career in massage therapy. I was reminded of the benefits of Massage Therapy and Lomi Lomi in my healing process. As soon as I was able to physically attended Arizona School of Massage Therapy in Phoenix.
I enrolled and studied many modalities of Massage Therapy like Swedish, Deep tissue, Trigger point, Russian sports massage, Sports massage, Myofascial release, Cranial sacral and the list goes on. That is only a few of many. I graduated in March 2017. Since my accident, I have grown so much as a person, massage therapist and Lomi Lomi Practitioner. My journey is truly amazing and I am extremely fortunate. I am looking forward to meeting and making my ʻOhana grow in a Aloha spirit atmosphere. Mahalo for taking the time to read a little about me.
