Owner and founder, Amie, has always been fascinated by the complexities of the human body, A student athlete and graduate of Shippensburg University with a B.S. in biology and medical technology, her interest in anatomy grew after experiencing a season-ending injury and undergoing reconstructive knee surgery. This sparked her passion for recovery and rehabilitation.

In 1997, Amie left her position as a pharmaceutical research scientist  to pursue a career in massage therapy. After completing a 504-hour training program and passing the national certification exam, she accepted a position with Mercury, a professional cycling team. For four years, she travelled nationally and internationally providing massage therapy to a team of 12 riders.  Upon returning to the area, Amie worked at a local chiropractic office, where she gained invaluable experience in treating chronic pain and injuries.
In 2002, Amie had the exciting opportunity to work with players from the Philadelphia Eagles, eventually being hired on as an independent contractor. She left the team in 2008 to focus on family and building her own practice but was brought back in 2012 to once again be part of the team. Amie was also fortunate to accompany the Eagles to both Super Bowls-each an unforgettable experience.
In 2005, Amie launched Kraft Massage & Bodywork where she continues her mission to help clients heal, recover, and live pain-free lives.

Absolutely wonderful

I've been getting massage for 20 years, spa, sports therapy, deep tissue, etc. My wife and I both see Amie and we're blown away with how much relief and recovery we get from her stretching and technique. We've been going to her for almost a year and we'll continue to over the years.

Amie understands the anatomy and functional interconnectedness of muscle groups in the body. She understands how injury can result in a cycle of muscle spasm and pain and knows where to work to break that cycle to help the body restore balance. She offers strengthening exercises to further prevent slipping back into injury. She's helped me with chronic hip rotator muscle pain where PT and exercise were not sufficient.

Amie is a tremendous massage therapist. I came to her with an athletic injury. She is clearly knowledgeable on injury rehab and prevention. After 3 or 4 sessions I was good to go. I would highly recommend.

I live with stenosis of the spine among other muscular issues. Amie has found the formula for relief. She beats me up good but in a very good way. It’s always a delight to get up the next day, pain free, standing straight up, refreshed and more like I know normal should be.

I am forever grateful to Amy for the care she provided me during my long recovery from untreated Lyme disease. Amie’s applied understanding of the body’s physiology is remarkable. She almost intuitively recognizes the way to systematically resolve any problem. Amie took proactive steps to learn techniques for cleansing the lymphatic system when that became necessary for my well-being. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU

Aime has provided me deep tissue massage for several years now and every one has been an amazing experience. I am moving to North Carolina so I will be missing my monthly wonderful experience.

Amie is a miracle worker! Went into the massage with a pounding sinus headache and a very painful neck. Walked out feeling 100% better. I have been going to her for years and have recommended her to many relatives and friends. All are in agreement- she is simply the best and worth every single penny.
