Self-care is more important now than ever before. With working from home being at an all-time high, Massage Therapy has seen a huge spike in new clients searching for relief from their chronic pain, postural issues and extreme amounts of stress. Desk neck is now a new term used for chronic neck pain that develops from poor posture when starring at a computer for hours upon hours a day. I believe that regular bodywork can gradually improve your quality of life and mental state. As well as, relieving muscular pain and soothing feelings of stress. I have 2 decades of experience with many body and energy work modalities, such as, massage, meditation, breathwork, reiki, yoga, cupping and Thai. I am also an Herbalist and Ayurvedic Health Consoler.
My practice is an infusion of body and energy work coupled with the use of herbal oils. The products I use are made with herbs that are personally grown and harvested through mine and my Mom's Herb and Tea company, Spill It. Our products are all natural, no synthetics or chemicals used. It's also my mission to educate my clients on muscle care and the importance of a daily self-care routine to improve muscle function and joint health.
I dedicated my life to the study of holistic practices and the workings of the human body. I have vast knowledge of anatomy and physiology as well as years of training in herbalism and nutrition. The places I've studied and trained include: Rasa Yoga School of Ayurveda Yoga in Houston, TX; Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health in Stockbridge, MA; Maha Rose in Brooklyn, NY; Philadelphia School of Massage and Bodywork in Philadelphia, PA.
