HER UNIQUE TECHNIQUE
Lynora will apply slow deep moving pressure along your pain path causing a much needed myofascial release. She uses a steady pressure massage with deep compressions and passive stretching to deliver improved mobility the minute you get off the table. Within 4 weekly sessions and constant awareness of holding patterns, her clients report feeling better overall and can actually see noted improvement in their posture and gait.
