My name is Denise and I graduated from the National Massage Therapy Institute in 2011. My program had a primary focus on Swedish and deep tissue massage, but also incorporated many cool modalities such as energy work and traditional Chinese medicine. In 2014, I completed Reiki Master training and love and light are just two aspects of what I bring to the table. 

Massage therapy is a career I always felt called to do. Fun fact: I never received a massage before attending massage therapy school and once I did I knew I made the best decision. It transformed my life and has been such a blessing over the past decade. 

I firmly believe in the body’s innate ability to heal itself, but sometimes it needs a bit of encouragement. My goal is to create a safe space that truly allows for relaxation and promotes healing and renewal. I always try to work with intention and listen to the cues the body is providing while also infusing good positive energy into every massage.

As a life long Philadelphian, I try to keep it a great place to live. When I am not at work, you can often find me participating in community clean-ups, planting flowers, or doing home improvements. There is also a very special place in my heart for fostering kittens.
