In 2021, Uniqua founded Arcadian Massage Therapy, a venture that has flourished under her expert guidance. Her business has become a cornerstone of wellness in the community, collaborating with prestigious organizations such as the American Heart Association, the Virginia Department of Health, Virginia State University, the University of Richmond, and Electric Sun Society, among others.

Uniqua’s dedication extends beyond her clients; she has also made a significant impact by mentoring newly licensed massage therapists and hosting interns who have grown into valued team members. Her enthusiasm for her profession and her nurturing approach make her not only a skilled therapist but also a supportive leader in her field.

Uniqua is EXCELLENT and knows her stuff, always starting with asking how I am doing, how my body's been, anything going on, and talking about what we are doing for that session. She is professional yet personalizes the session for me, as I know she does for each of her clients. She and her team work well together, making sure each client is well attended to. I am so grateful I was blessed to connect with these lovely ladies--they are a godsend:>)
