Mara has extensive experience treating neck, back, and shoulder pain such as whiplash, rotator cuff injury, sciatica, tendonitis, and TMJ tension, and more, as well as providing deep relaxation and stress relief. 

Having worked with people of all ages and health, she has experience with those in cancer treatment and post treatment healing, post stroke recovery, open heart surgery recovery, and post surgical swelling.  She also provides MLD/CLT (Vodder Method) for lymphedema decompression with full bandaging and maintenance.  Mara completed a preceptorship at St. Francis Hospital Hospice in Colorado Springs, CO, and has volunteered with Covenant Care in Hospice in Pensacola.  

Certifications in Manual Lymphatic Therapy, Yoga Teacher Training and Integrative Nutrition Health Coaching are an integral addition to her massage practice and passion for promoting healthy lifestyle.

I've worked with people of all ages decreasing pain and increasing relaxation and stress relief. Some of my skills include Neuromuscular Trigger Point which I have honed over the years to be very comfortable when combined with Hot Stone Therapy. Both modalities work so well together to provide pain relief and deep relaxation. Some of the therapeutic massage work I've done includes but is not limited: Neck, shoulder, and back pain; current/post cancer therapy, post stroke therapy, TMJ pain, Tendonitis, Headache; Shoulder, Hip & Knee pain and/or replacement recovery. I also provide full MLD/CDT including bandaging for lymphedema decompression and maintenance. This also can help with post surgical swelling.
