"Do you like being a massage therapist?" This is a question that I have been asked countless times throughout my career. "Do you like being a massage therapist?" This is a question that I have been asked countless times throughout my career. I can honestly say I give the same answer every time..."I LOVE being a massage therapist!" The human body and what it is capable of fascinates me. Although I have a deep respect for traditional medicine, I also know and have experienced the healing effects of complementary medicine. I feel grateful that my life's path led me down the road to a career in massage therapy. It is deeply fulfilling to know that my hands are capable of helping someone out of their pain and stress when traditional medicine wasn't able to do so. I'm never the bearer of bad news, my work just makes people feel better. The opportunities in the field of massage therapy can be endless, so there's never a feeling of grinding out a work day. There are so many different types of bodywork to learn and so many different populations of people to reach. I've found that even after 9 years, my career is still evolving and I am in complete control of it's destiny. What an amazing feeling that is and even more amazing to "Do what I love and love what I do!"

900 Hour Massage Therapy Program
I have been working as a massage therapist for the past 9 years, specializing in Deep Tissue, Swedish, Pre-Natal and Myofascial Release Massage. I have treated clients ranging from the ages of 10 to 89. Most of my clients receive massage on a regular basis because it is the only form of therapy that has relieved their pain and stress, or at the very least made it more manageable. I am an avid learner and eager to share my knowledge with clients. This promotes body awareness and self-care, which empowers clients to change certain patterns and compliments their massage treatments. In 2015, I opened Ascending Hands Massage located in Pelham, NH. My vision was to create a warm and inviting spa-like retreat to produce the ultimate body and mind relaxation experience. I am pleased to provide quality therapeutic massage treatments surrounded by peace and tranquility.
After completing courses for Upper Body, Lower Body and Advanced Techniques, I became a Certified Myofascial Release Practitioner in 2012.
