Overall pressure was very light, perhaps a firmer touch would be better, especially for the scalp massage

The therapist was a little hesitant and admitted she is learning the bioelements system. She thoroughly explained every step and the purpose of each step. My face felt great afterward and I think as she becomes more accustomed to the routine this will work out. Overall I thought it was a great experience and I would recommend them.
