For six years, I worked alongside chiropractors and holistic health practitioners, where I learned that the body will heal itself when provided with the proper internal conditions. This deep understanding has fueled my passion to share this knowledge with my clients. I’ve developed a unique massage style that focuses on each client’s specific internal needs, tailoring every session to be as individualized as you are. By integrating various therapies and building upon each previous session, we can create lasting physiological and structural changes, helping you reach new levels of health and wellness with each visit.

I’ve been going to Karina monthly for about the last 2 years. It’s so worth it. I usually do the 90 minute massage which gives her enough time to cover your whole body or really focus on a particular area. I always feel refreshed after each session. Expect to receive a deep tissue massage…. Sometimes I’m crying….. most times I’m laughing! Karina is the best!
