Arrived at the location 10 minutes ahead of time, as usually they check paperwork and go over the session and preferences. There was no one at the front desk in the office, I could hear voices in one of the massage rooms but I was left alone in the lobby for 15 minutes. I tried calling the number provided as it was my appointment time with no answer. Finally she called back 10 minutes past my appointment time and said she was just pulling in. The massage itself was very nice although could have focused more on where I had indicated on the form. She was very chatty which I don't really like during a massage but my personality won't let me speak up and say anything so I just kept mumbling "uh huh" hoping she would get the hint. The walls are extremely thin so I could also hear all the conversations going on in other rooms so not the relaxing experience I was hoping for. Don't think I'll be going back for overall ambiance purposes.
