Please note by self-booking you are aware of the following policies:

Massage Tables at Parasimple have a 400lb weight limit. 

No shows/Cancellations Policy

No refunds are given for missed appointments, nor cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice. Any prepaid tips will be stored on your MassageBook account as store credit for future use. If you require a refund of that, it will be less a $5 processing fee. 

All refunds will be less a $5 processing fee, as Square takes a percentage for bookings, and again for refunds. 

Late Arrivals Policy

          Time will be deducted from your service equal to your late arrival amount.

Inclement Weather Policy

Parasimple will attempt to reach you the day before a scheduled appointment when potentially dangerous weather is forecasted to give you the chance to reschedule with no penalty. If you decide to cancel the day of, your prepayment is forfeited. We will attempt to reach you by phone and email, so please keep your phone number and email current. If we must close the office, you will be notified as soon as possible and you will not be charged.
