I have taken various continuing education trainings beyond my completion of initial instruction in 2016 from the Academy of Massage Therapy and Bodyworks in Pottstown, PA.
Taking these continued trainings has allowed me to develop a range of modalities and knowledge to best improve your healing experience.
From Thai Massage, to Spontaneous Muscle Release Technique (SMRT), integrated energy healing and more.
Over the years I've found a true passion for Medical Massage and working with clients who experiene headaches/migraines, chronic pain, hypermobility, and stress. The benefits and effects of massage therapy never ceases to amaze me, and I look forward to sharing that incredible experience with you!

Zoe was phenomenal and has healing hands! I highly recommend that you work with her. She listened, she helped me feel safe and calmed my entire body. I usually have weekly 1.5 hour deep tissue massages due to vigorous workload but a dear friend also recommended Zoe for what my body was feeling. Zoe barely touched my body with her healing hands and for the first time in many many years my body relaxed! So sorry for snoring.

Was extremely impressed with Zoe’s knowledge and skill as a professional medical massage therapist. My body was suffering from a lot of tension and stiffness from strength training and she was able to greatly reduce it. Will definitely be back in the future.
