I’m a graduate from Gadsden State community college where I received my Massage therapy certificate in 2013. I have been passionately serving Calhoun county and surrounding areas for 11 years. I can’t get enough of how wonderfully complex our bodies are created. I take every opportunity to educate clients on the importance of regular self care techniques whether it be with movement, prioritizing hydration, or simply taking time to relax. I strive to make massage therapy approachable. Whether you are a pro or have never had a massage before, I am here to meet you wherever you are at on your wellness journey. I love being able to share how deep tissue doesn’t have to painful and how truly relaxing it can be. 

I specialize in therapeutic massage with firm pressure being my strength. I have certifications in prenatal massage, passive stretching for joint mobilization, cupping, and level 1 myofascial decompression.
