I received my massage training at North Country Community College in Saranac Lake, New York. I graduated in 2009 with an A.A.S. in Massage Therapy and went to work at The Spa at The Whiteface Lodge in Lake Placid. By doing so, I aim to help ease muscle tension, increase range of motion and flexibility, reduce stress and help the body maintain a more pain-free lifestyle.
