Holly's wholistic approach to massage and wellness has evolved over time to a collection of modalities she calls Restorative Massage. A session can include aspects of Swedish Massage, Myofascial Therapy, Trigger Point Therapy, Massage Cupping, Reiki, Aromatherapy and more. Each session will be custiomized to meet the goasl for the sesssion, which you'll discuss during your intake at each appointment.
