Kayla became a Massage Therapist after graduating from the New York Institute of Massage in 2018 after completing 1,124 classroom hours and 100+ clinical massages. She plans to take as many continuing education courses and hands-on training as possible to keep expanding her skills and grow her massage therapy business. Kayla believes we all have the innate ability to heal. Through compassionate and careful listening, she addresses both physical and emotional issues, gently ushering your body toward peace, balance, and relaxation. Kayla likes to incorporate relaxation massage, myofascial release and craniosacral therapy. Combining these different techniques makes for a relaxing, yet effective massage in relieving tight muscles from everyday use or injuries from overuse. Kayla's other passions in life include the outdoors, hunting, traveling, animals, and spending time with family and friends.Â
