Massage opens the door to better health.

I’ve always felt like I was put on this earth to help people.  After serving 7 years in the Air Force, I was searching for my next fulfilling career.  Becoming a massage therapist was very challenging and rewarding and worth every second.

I attended the Omaha School of Massage and Healthcare of Herzing University in Omaha Nebraska.  I graduated from the Therapeutic Massage program in December of 2017.  I am a licensed massage therapist and I soon hope to have certification in Reflexology....

I am a licensed massage therapist and I soon hope to have certification in Reflexology.

I specialize in Swedish Massage Techniques.  Swedish massage can help improve many conditions including tight or hypertonic muscles, trigger points, musculoskeletal injuries such as strains and sprains, and tension headaches.

I am available in Omaha Nebraska at Tranquil Sessions Massage Therapy.

Some of my personal hobbies include attending concerts of a variety of musical styles and learning new techniques to help my clients. (I really do love school)

Rachel is great! She does a great job tailoring the massage to your individual needs and is great at being able to explain any questions you have about what muscle hurts and what you can do to alleviate the stress on it in the future.

Effective at relieving pain and applying varied pressure depending comfort level. Relaxing atmosphere. Understands where to work to fix problem areas.
