After nearly 40 years of teaching gymnastics I understand the human body and human movement pretty well. Now as a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) I take that knowledge and use it in a whole new passion. I help others renew their freedom. Their freedom to MOVE.

Whether it's that kink in your neck you woke up with, that nagging spot between your shoulder blades, that ache in your low back from lifting or that pain down your leg from the long drive. Recent pain or chronic pain. Pain that comes with a label or a mystery. Massage makes a huge difference.

I am so grateful for the skill to help others through massage. A headache for example. Someone can suffer for days but in 15 minutes I have been able to relieve many headaches. The smile on their face is awesome.

With every individual experience and every training seminar I get better at listening. Yes listening with my ears but even more important listening with my hands. As an LMT I have around 15,000 hours of hands-on experience and in 2017 alone I had over 100 hours of seminar training.
