I first became interested in massage therapy as a student athletic trainer for Gretna High School. I first became interested in massage therapy as a student athletic trainer for Gretna High School. I did not originally attend college for massage therapy, because I was told by others that massage therapy was not a career! However, after two years of classes, I decided to pursue massage therapy anyway! I instantly fell in love with my classes and the practice of massage and finished with honors at the Omaha School of Massage and Healthcare.
I have been practicing massage therapy since graduating from OSMHC in the Spring of 2010.
I incorporate many different techniques/modalities into each session and no two massages are exactly the same! I often include Thai stretches on the table, cupping, fascial work, warm bamboo, seated neck work and stretches, side lying massage and trigger point work. These variations, and more, are used depending on your requests and/or needs. I do not use all of these techniques in one session.
I live in Omaha with my family. I enjoy reading, running, weightlifting, kickboxing, target shooting, gardening and the outdoors. I strive for total body health and wellness, small changes over time have been the most beneficial.
I look forward to meeting and working with you! Love Your Body and get scheduled today!
