CranioSacral Therapy works with your bodies natural healing abilities to get to the core of what is causing the pain and help relieve that. CranioSacral Therapy is done while you lie fully clothed on a massage table while I, the CST Therapist, hold places on your body and allow the fascia and restrictions to fully release. CranioSacral Therapy is based on what you need for that day and your body is given the space and time to comfortably release restrictions and whatever else may be causing discomfort.

I can also add massage techniques, cupping therapy, myofascial and stretching techniques to sessions to help with the releases and to help people feel better.
