Cheryl has nearly two decades of experience specializing in chronic pain and rehabilitation.  If you have headaches, neck and shoulder, TMJD, low back, sciatic, or plantar facaitis pain, Cheryl has the education, training, and experience to help you.  She is a graduate and former faculty member of the Colorado School of Healing Arts (recognized as one of the leading massage schools in the nation).  In addition, she has an Associates Degree with majors in Health Science and Fine Arts, as well as a strong background in fitness, nutrition, and sports medicine..  Cheryl is continually doing research and seeking additional advanced training in order to provide you with the best quality of care.  Cheryl is a member of ABMP (Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals).   She also has decades of volunteer experience providing assistance to individuals facing various challenges in life and brings this experience "to the table" with her professional and caring touch.

Cheryl was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. She really helped the pain from my sciatica. If there was a sensitive area she said I could just let her know and she'd ease up on her pressure. I already made another appt to see her again!!
