Catherine is a Florida native, and grew up south of Ocala on Lake Weir. Catherine’s passion is helping people to be pain-free and healthy.

After over 15 years in Physical Therapy, she decided to become a massage therapist in 2019. She attended the prestigious Florida School of Massage in Gainesville, and dual enrolled in the Advanced Sports Massage program.

Catherine loves doing neuromuscular therapy work, and is also trained and experienced with deep tissue, Swedish, connective tissue, trigger point release, myofascial release, hydro therapy, cupping, prenatal, advanced sports massage, and polarity.

In her spare time Catherine loves to cook, garden, and be a mom.

She is the proud mother of a 10 year old boy, Logan.
