As a graduate of the Florida School of Massage (Gainesville, FL), I attained a wide variety of skill sets to implement in each session. Using a combination of Swedish, Connective Tissue Therapy, Neuromuscular Therapy, Polarity, Thai yoga massage and reflexology, I tailor my services to my clients unique and individual needs. My purpose is to create a safe space for fellow humans to tune into total body awareness. While we settle into the parasympathetic, we work as a team on a healing journey. Whether that be through massage or yoga, holding space for others is my honor, and allows me to live a purposeful life. Teaching yoga is another passion of mine and an offering I enjoy sharing. Being a graduate of the Dancing Lion Studios (Delray Beach, FL) 200 hour Yoga Teaching and Leadership Program, I gained so many valuable tools. I enjoy leading students of all levels through mindful movements, slow and gentle vinyasa style yoga, where we end in meditation and settle into deep relaxation. Although massage and yoga are two of my biggest passions in life , painting, reading, nature, and live music are all things I thoroughly enjoy.
