This prompted me to add on the classes I needed to become a Certified Massage Therapist as well. Although I still love skin care; massage is truly my passion. I specialize in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Myofascial Release and Hot Stone Massage. I believe it is important to continue learning. I try to take at least one continuing education course every year. This November 2015 I attended a class on Myofascial Release to improve on my Myofascial technique. I am also enrolled in an online Aroma Therapy class through Aromahead Institute to learn how I can incorporate essential oils in my massage practice to ease muscle Pain and help promote relaxation. I am happy to say that I am now able to use these skills in my own practice. Relax & Renew Therapeutic Massage is Located at 6050 50th Street N Saint Paul, MN. I would love to see you soon.
