I graduated from Irene's Myomassology Institute in 1997. 

I am a Board Certified Massage Therapist with the National Certification Board of Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork. 
A professional member of the American Massage Therapy Association for 25 years.
I received my Bachelor's of Science in Kinesiology and a minor in Psychology in 2016. 
I am a Clinical Exercise Physiologist certified through the American College of Sports Medicine.
I am a Certified level 3 Exercise is Medicine professional through the American College of Sports Medicine.
