I am a Licensed Massage Therapist and I got my education and training at Stark State College. I developed my passion for massage therapy while I was the “go to” person in my family to get massages from. It took me going through various of majors to really realize massage therapy was for me. Anya asked what problem areas I needed work on, my comfort level in the setting and provided great work. I left relaxed and relaxed. Really relaxed. Also, the outside muscles from back of knee to ankle was really tight. She worked it out amazingly. Anya asked what I did to create that tension. I think I said a new jogging stride. On my drive home I remembered I installed new bike pedals and wore new shoes! Totally crazy Anya had me thinking about my new bike setup. Now I might adjust slightly or at least be aware of how new setup is affecting me. Right on!
