After suffering an injury in a car accident massage therapy was able to improve my life and reduce my pain. After I was helped I began my own journey to become a massage therapist. I began my career working with the Arizona Diamondbacks triple A team the Reno Aces.

I am certified as a medical massage therapist and am studying for the final portion of my sports massage certification. I specilize in working with athletes, as well as injury recovery and pain management.

Trish is amazing! She is so skilled and professional. If you have a problem area, you can guarantee it will be better after Trish lays her healing magical massage techniques on you. I will not spend my money anywhere else. My only complaint is that I didn’t find her sooner! I highly recommend to anyone dealing with any kind of tightness, ache, or pain.

Wonderful experience and I've already booked a follow-up visit. After running I developed some hip pain. I booked an hour to get some relief from the pain. Trish took the time to explain each massage and what she was attempting to accomplish. Immediately after the massage, the pain was reduced. After the massage was completed she took the time to demonstrate a few stretch's, we talked about nutrition, discussed cause and effect of injuries, and many other topics. Two days later, Trish even followed up with a phone call to see how I was doing. Trish is extremely knowledgeable about her craft and provides an excellent service.
