Working with chiropractors, physical therapists, and acupuncturists helped me realize I wanted my career to expand within the medical environment opposed to spa environments.
In 2018, I moved to California for 3 reasons - warmer weather, different quality of life, and to advance in my career as a manual therapist with communities that were health conscious. My favorite modalities are myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and musculoskeletal alignment techniques. I enjoy learning in-depth techniques that can help my clients best and I believe continuous learning is the key to having an abundant life.
Fun facts about me: I love to dance, my favorite color is purple, and I love penguins. In high school my original career choices were to be a chef and or a criminal psychologist. To this day, I thoroughly enjoy watching crime documentaries and shows of any sort that will give me an understanding on human psychology and criminal behaviors.
