Tonya is truly gifted at massage! She listens to what I would like worked on but even w/o direction intuitively finds trouble spots that I may forget to mention. As an athlete I find regular massage really helps my muscles and nerves and recovery time. It's also a great stress reliever. Amazing is how I feel after a session!
