WHAT IS REIKI? Reiki is a form of Japanese sacred energy healing that focuses on the seven power centers in the body; known as Chakras. Practitioners and Masters cleanse negative energy or blocks from each center to provide alignment, roundedness, relaxation, and a peace of mind. WHAT IS IT LIKE? Many of those who have received a reiki energy transfer they will described it as feeling tingling, hot, cold, or just lighter in general. Most will be so deep in relaxation that they can fall into a lucid-meditation. Others have a much needed soul cleanse with tears that stream, but in the most stress-relieving way. WHAT TOOLS DO I USE? -Power of Intention and Manifestation -Singing bowls -Crystals -Reiki Oracle Cards -Optional scents like essential oils and incense/candles

Holistic Preconception to Postpartum Doula
Hiring a Doula is highly recommended because we offer continuous physical and emotional support, as well as educating and informing you about the power you have over the decisions in your birth, well because it's simply YOURS and no-one elses. We will spend a lot of time together during your pregnancy learning and growing to create a strong team for when your 10 months of hard work is born! We will discover the many options you have when it comes to envisioning your birth, working through your fears, and preparing your mind, body, and soul for the journey into motherhood. Doulas advocate for your beliefs and needs, and understands you at a more intimate level than your care providers will. It has been my passion to serve mothers-to-be in my community and continue to make the world a better place for the generations to come, one birth at a time. Includes: Continuous Pregnancy, Labor and Delivery, Postpartum care, and optional Reiki. Duration: Ranges from 3 to 12 months (depending upon gestation week and time of hiring).
