My massage sessions are focused on your needs, however I take the time to learn what your life's routines are so I can help you formulate a therapeutic plan. This plan is to bring your massages from a reacting status to a pro-active status. I am certified in a wide range of modalities from Relaxing Swedish Massage,Deep Tissue and Therapeutic Massage which ranges from light to deep pressure. I am also trained and certified in Assisted Stretching which I find to be a great extension to Therapeutic Massage.
In my private practice I also perform Pregnancy Massage. I have been blessed with the gift of being the mother of two children and I am well aware of what an expectant mom, or dad, goes through from pregnancy to raising a family. What is so important in my business is helping educate the clients I work with in seeing how life can take you in so many different directions, sometimes at the same time, and we as a group let life control our body's limitations. Committing to at least an hour, hour and half or even two hours once a month for yourself with the use of massage can help you take life on and conquer the physical or emotional stress that might come your way. We can't take care of the ones we love if we don't also take care of ourselves.
Please know with each of my sessions the entire time period is devoted to your treatment. I truly look forward to working with you.
